You will also receive a video how to track macros.
- High protein recipes, I will attach a couple of my favorite recipes & other recipes website links that are delicious & not boring it will almost feel like you aren’t on any diet. Foods list that I recommend to eat.
- Supplement suggestions for all women. Supplements can help you during your journey & it can be difficult to figure out what you should or should not take. I made sure to attach information for you & tell you what the supplement is for. Its not necessary but it can help.
