Due to the nature of digital programs and subscription-based access, all sales are final. Once a program, guide, or challenge is purchased, it becomes immediately accessible through digital delivery. Because of this instant access, there are no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all program details before purchase. Cancellations stop future charges but do not refund the current billing period.
