DO I NEED EQUIPMENT FOR HOME PROGRAMS?
You only need dumbbells, If you don't have any access to any you can use gallon water bottles.
DO I HAVE TO DO THE FULL 5 DAYS?
If your a beginner & feel its a lot I recommend doing 3-4 days to start & ease into it.
DO I HAVE ACCESS TO HOME & GYM ?
Your program comes with both options, I see some clients like the flexibility so I made sure to add both.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE PROGRAM?

CAN I GET A REFUND?
Due to company policy there is no refunds or exchanges. Since this is a digital product with lifetime access. There is no way of me taking the product back. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
