WHAT PROGRAM WOULD FIT ME BEST?

  • If your goal is to lose weight DREAM BODY program would be your best option. You can gain lean muscle & tighten. 
  • If your goal is to lose fat & gain muscle (example: build glutes & snatch waist) Strength build is a great option. 
  • If your looking to only heal core & pelvic floor Diastasis Recti & Pelvic floor guide would be best for you 

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT FOR HOME PROGRAMS? 

You only need dumbbells, If you don't have any access to any you can use gallon water bottles. 

DO I HAVE TO DO THE FULL 5 DAYS?

If your a beginner & feel its a lot I recommend doing 3-4 days to start & ease into it. 

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO HOME & GYM ?

Your program comes with both options, I see some clients like the flexibility so I made sure to add both.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE PROGRAM?

After purchase you will see a button that says ACCESS DOWNLOADS you will press the downloads and download your program. Also FILEMONK will send an email with downloads. Check spam and junk and make sure to put your email info. 

CAN I GET A REFUND? 

Due to company policy there is no refunds or exchanges. Since this is a digital product with lifetime access. There is no way of me taking the product back. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

"Completed my 8week challenge with Julia after having my son. Prior to this & prepregnancy I have always been a gym junkie. After giving birth, getting back into fitness was really hard for me mentally and physically. "As I sit here looking back at these photos then and now I'm in literal tears.
