Get Fit With Julia Programs and App
1. Overview
By purchasing any digital product, fitness program, or app subscription from Get Fit With Julia, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and policies between the business (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the client (“you,” “customer,” “participant”).
2. Digital Products and App Access
All programs, guides, and digital content offered under Get Fit With Julia are delivered electronically and provide instant access upon purchase. This includes, but is not limited to
-
One-time fitness programs and downloadable guides
-
Nutrition or lifestyle PDFs
-
Challenges or online coaching access
-
The Get Fit With Julia mobile app (including Foundation, Move, Sculpt, and Transform tiers)
Access to these products is considered full delivery of the service.
3. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products and app-based content, all sales are final. Once access has been granted, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks regardless of whether you:

Downloaded, opened, or completed the content

Used only a portion of your program

Chose to cancel after access began

Experienced personal or scheduling conflicts
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that digital items and subscription access are non-refundable.
4. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations and Conditions on programs
App subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you select (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support before your next billing date. To cancel subscription you can email getfitwithjuliat@gmail.com to cancel.
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not issue refunds for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your paid term.
One time plans expire after the duration. Customer must save all content on their phone to keep beyond the duration. Otherwise lose access.
5. Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, you agree to review all product details, inclusions, and requirements. You also confirm that:

You are voluntarily participating in exercise and wellness activities at your own risk.

You understand that results vary based on individual commitment, nutrition, and lifestyle.

You will consult with your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.

6. Unauthorized Sharing or Distribution
All content, videos, workouts, PDFs, and app materials are the intellectual property of Get Fit With Julia. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute these materials in any form. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and/or legal action.
7. Dispute Policy
Any disputes related to purchases, access, or program content should be directed to getfitwithjuliat@gmail.com
before initiating a chargeback or claim. We reserve the right to provide all proof of delivery and communication to payment processors in response to fraudulent or invalid claims.
8. Liability Disclaimer
By purchasing and participating in any Get Fit With Julia program or app, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. You agree to release and hold harmless Julia Tartsinis / Get Fit With Julia from any injury, loss, or damages sustained in connection with participation in our programs. You also acknowledge no suit against Julia or Get Fit With Julia.
9. Terms Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this website.
10. Challenges
Challenges does not included 1:1 coaching, scheduled check-ins, or ongoing macro adjustments. Macro Adjustments are included in subscription tiers.
