This program is great for beginner to intermediate women and includes exercise flexibility, so you can swap movements when needed based on your equipment, comfort level, or experience.

8 WEEKS CHALLENGE WINNER

Just completed the Fall into Strength Challenge and I am so proud of myself. Not only for the progress I made physically but just being consistent. I have completed long workout programs before but I have never stayed consistent with 10k steps and a food plan this long. I feel so much better physically and mentally. Challenging myself this way is exactly what I needed. My main goals were to lose 10 pounds, see a difference in my postpartum stomach, and being able to play with my 3 and 1 year old boys easier. "Completed my 8week challenge with Julia after having my son. Prior to this & prepregnancy I have always been a gym junkie. After giving birth, getting back into fitness was really hard for me mentally and physically. "As I sit here looking back at these photos then and now I'm in literal tears.
