Postpartum Rebuild (8 Weeks)
This is your gentle return to strength without the pressure, extremes, or “bounce back” mindset.
Postpartum Rebuild is an 8-week program designed for women who are cleared to exercise and want to rebuild their foundation with deep core and pelvic floor strengthening while also improving full-body strength.
Whether you had a vaginal birth or C-section, this program meets you where you are and helps you reconnect to your body with workouts that feel safe, effective, and doable.
What you’ll be doing
- 3 workouts per week (15–25 minutes each)
- Light strength training using bands, bodyweight, and light dumbbells
- Focus on deep core, pelvic floor, posture, glutes, and full-body strength
- Optional walking for extra movement (not required)

This program is for you if:

8 WEEKS CHALLENGE WINNER
Just completed the Fall into Strength Challenge and I am so proud of myself. Not only for the progress I made physically but just being consistent. I have completed long workout programs before but I have never stayed consistent with 10k steps and a food plan this long. I feel so much better physically and mentally. Challenging myself this way is exactly what I needed. My main goals were to lose 10 pounds, see a difference in my postpartum stomach, and being able to play with my 3 and 1 year old boys easier. "Completed my 8week challenge with Julia after having my son. Prior to this & prepregnancy I have always been a gym junkie. After giving birth, getting back into fitness was really hard for me mentally and physically. "This program is definitely the best out there. I wouldn't of known what to do without it. I would still be feeling so insecure about myself. I was so happy when I finally decided to go through with the program. Having a baby young definitely made me feel insecure about myself because everyone around me was able to wear stuff i didn't. "As I sit here looking back at these photos then and now I'm in literal tears. I thought I would of never been able to make it to the gym I had no confidence in myself but working with Julia helped me get pass this. Day bay day was a struggle but looking back wouldn't trade the struggle for anything else.
