Meet your trainer Julia
Fitness saved my life. My journey started over 10 years ago. I tried everything you could imagine from diet pills to hours of exhausting cardio desperately chasing my “dream body.” With so much conflicting information out there, I felt overwhelmed and discouraged.Then, life shifted. I became pregnant with my first child, gained 70 pounds, and battled preeclampsia. It was the heaviest I had ever been. After giving birth, I faced diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, a PCOS diagnosis, and postpartum depression.I made the decision to change my life completely to heal my body from the inside out. Through strength training and proper nutrition, I lost 100 pounds, closed my ab separation, healed my pelvic floor, and built lean muscle. I decided to become a certified trainer to help other women facing the same battles I did. Then came my second pregnancy. This time, I gained 37 pounds and I applied everything I had learned. I still ended up with preeclampsia. After giving birth, I lost 56 pounds, rebuilt my strength, and became proof that you can come back stronger after pregnancy.I’ve documented my entire journey on Instagram and TikTok, building a community of over 1 million followers combined. Women worldwide who are inspired to take control of their health. I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself. I also know the power of feeling strong, confident, and in love with the woman looking back at you.Not enough women especially mothers are educated on how to truly work with their bodies, heal from within, and create lasting change. That’s why I became a trainer: to help women everywhere feel healthy, healed, and unstoppable in their own skin
